Every kit is made to order using precise CNC technology, so the joints fit together exactly as they should. We use French Green Oak for our frames – the same timber grade used for the Notre Dame restoration – because it’s the strongest and most durable.
If you don’t want to build it yourself we can arrange a fitting service to do it for you.
This depends on your location and the size of the building. Many garden structures are permitted development but if you live in a conservation area or near a listed building - common in parts of Hertfordshire - you may need formal consent. Always best to check with your local planning office or the government’s Planning Portal before you start groundwork.
The price depends on the specific configuration and size of the frame. As a guide our single-bay kits start from around £4,000 but we can give you a detailed and transparent quote once we know exactly what you need.
The build time is dependent on the complexity of the kit. A simple single-storey frame can be assembled by a skilled team in a day, a larger multi-bay frame with a room above will take longer.
Yes. Our kits are fully adaptable. You can specify the number of bays, the pitch of the roof and whether you want additional features like a first floor. We will supply a building that meets your requirements.
