Trade Oak framed one-bay garage kits are high quality, innovative spaces that are ideal for storing vehicles safely, and in style. This Oak Framed Garage model offers a full hip roof design with the addition of a rear catslide.
Built using lean, precision manufacturing techniques, Trade Oak 1-bay garage kits are expertly crafted using traditional and modern techniques to fit with the existing space and buildings on site. Available in a choice of open and closed end stores, our oak frame garages come with hand-cut Yorkshire staddle stones, a stylish and natural feature that is both attractive and practical.
Larger options are available in our 2-bay garages, 3-bay garages, and 4-bay garages, as well as a fully bespoke service for the perfect design to suit your needs.
For standard kits, delivery is 4-6 weeks from cleared funds of 70% deposit. For modified kits, delivery is 4-6 weeks from signed off isometric drawings (these begin production on order and usually take 1 week).
We deliver using a HIAB. However, if you have your own lifting equipment (e.g. a forklift) you can request a Curtain vehicle for a lower price. If you order a Curtain you are responsible for unloading.
Each frame we supply comes with a full isometric drawing, which numbered components. The physical frame has corresponding labels matching the drawing. Therefore, these drawings serve as an assembly guide, but if you have specific questions, we are happy to answer them over the phone.
