Trade Oak is a fast-growing business that sells oak frame building kits, from small structures such as garages and gazebos to large house or commercial frames. We supply excellent quality frames at trade prices – which is a unique offering in a competitive industry.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with construction industry experience.

We have exciting plans for growth and this role will be a key feature. The Sales Executive will be directly supported by a Director.

This role represents a significant opportunity to advance to management level in the short term.

Principle Objectives

1. We receive hundreds of warm leads per month through our website. The key task is to nurture these leads through the sales pipeline and update the CRM (Hubspot)
2. Liaise with the marketing team to be aware of sales lead generating marketing campaigns.
3. Work with estimators to develop quotes for custom proposals.
4. Generate your own leads by reaching out to possible new partners such as architects or developers.
5. Work with the Directors to agree on sales targets.
6. Close sales and improve conversion rates.

Key Attributes

Strong sales track record in relevant industry sectors.

Excellent communication skills.

Self-motivation to set and achieve monthly targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Depending on Experience.
